The Kivami group has started developing software for assessing the expression of Soft Skills "self-possession" based on aikido techniques.
In November, 2018 the Kivami group together with club of aikido "Hokkyoksey" started software development for assessment of expressiveness of universal skills of Soft Skills. Given software is a part of the analytical WAmetr system.
"Soft Skills is a set of properties and qualities that allow an individual to achieve optimum adaptive properties in order to achieve effective interaction with the external environment. Treat Soft Skills including attention, ability long time to keep concentration, the discipline, organization, self-possession as which we understand ability to work in due time, in the right place and the necessary methods", – the project manager Olga Panchenko explained.
